ABOUT DR. JOE T. MURPHY JR.

Dr. Joe T. Murphy Jr., is a Retired U.S. Army Veteran, Christian author, and marketplace minister. Raised in the Lord by his mother, Rev. Susan Murphy, and later encouraged in his faith by his father, the late Elder Joe T. Murphy Sr., he surrendered his life to God in 2001.

In 2013, a coworker spoke Romans 11:29 and 2 Timothy 1:6–7 into his life, awakening a gift he had buried for years. That gift was eventually exercised through faith in wood engraving and Murphy Wood Designs LLC—a journey that helped inspire the message behind Irrevocable Gift Ministries.

Today, Dr. Murphy and his wife, Sonya, serve together in business and ministry, creating Bible-based resources that encourage others to discover, develop, and use their God-given gifts for His glory.
