Irrevocable Gift Ministries exists for the believer who has never stood behind a pulpit — and never will — but who carries a God-given gift that is buried under the weight of employment, obligation, and the quiet assumption that Kingdom work belongs to someone else.

It does not.

Matthew 28:18-20 does not commission the ordained. It commissions every believer. The Great Commission was not issued to a denomination or a clergy class. It was issued to people — ordinary people who had walked with Jesus, witnessed His resurrection, and were now being sent back into the world they came from. The marketplace. The workplace. The community. The home.

That is where we live. And that is where the calling operates.

Irrevocable Gift Ministries was not born in a seminary. It was born in a conference room in 2013, when a coworker quoted Romans 11:29 over a man who had buried an artistic gift for twenty-five years under military service and government work. That verse did not create the calling. It revealed what was already irrevocably there.

What followed was a journey — from buried to stirred, from stirred to resurrected, from resurrected to deployed.

 

Murphy Wood Designs LLC became the marketplace expression of a Spirit-gifted creative calling.

 

The IRREVOCABLE book series became the testimony turned into transferable framework.

 

And Irrevocable Gift Ministries became the platform through which that framework is offered to every believer who has ever wondered whether their gift still counts.

Our mission is simple:

We create resources — books, teaching materials, and written content — designed to help marketplace believers identify the gift God irrevocably placed in them, align that gift to the singular calling God established before they were formed, and move with confidence toward deployment in the context where God has already placed them.

We are not a pulpit ministry. We are a marketplace ministry — and we believe that distinction is not a limitation. It is the assignment.

We do not offer formal coaching, credentialed counseling, or structured ministry programs. What we offer is testimony, scripture, and framework — the same tools God used to resurrect what was buried in us, made available to anyone who is ready to stop waiting for a platform and start stewarding the gift they already carry.

We are still on the journey ourselves. Murphy Wood Designs is still creating. The books are still being written. The calling is still unfolding. We share what we have learned not as those who have arrived, but as those who stepped out — by faith, led by the Spirit — and found that Romans 11:29 means exactly what it says.

The gift is still there. The calling has not been revoked. And it is not too late.
